Technology Overview
SP ECO FUEL Flexi biogas plant is based on self developed MB-HRAR technology for faster gas generation and less retention time period compare to any biogas technology in current market.
The flexi biogas digester consists of 4 partition for substrate mixing without energy input, every feeding which comes through inlet flow from one to another partition easily without forming scrum at top side, Gas storage balloon also helps to remove scrum while fully blown its back pressure to Digester to evacuate digesters slurry from outlet automatically. Its also releases extra pressure gas for safety.
MB-HRAR ( Moving Bed High Rate Anaerobic Reactor ) provides isolate chamber for all process inside the Anaerobic Digester to grow bacteria faster and produce high quality methane gas and manure.

We provided biogas booster pump for consistent pressure to cook stove. Even if biogas is 250 feet far it provides pressurized gas flow. which is designed and manufactured by our company.
